Homeguard
Homeguard- Homeguard Warranty
Homeguard is a complete product line of Pre con Termite management products for New builds and renovations.
It comprises of a polymer sheeting, Collars for penetrations, Paint on acrylic polymer latex, a granular material and a adhesive sealant (click here for more information)
On completion of your installation. The project will be registered with FMC.
The warranty offered to you installation is called the FMC WARRANTY.
The FMC warranty is $1,000,000.00.
The Cover will run for the life of the building or up to 50 years. Whichever is the lesser.
The warranty is designed to cover against any direct physical damage to the structure and or decorative timbers cause by Subterranean damage.

Kordon Termite System
Kordon – Limited Warranty and Bayer Protection Warranty
Kordon Termite System is a robust material that is flexible with many different construction designs. Combined with its physical AND chemical components, This Australia designed and manufactured product is the leading Termite management system for Pre construction termite installations.
Kordon is a combination of a polyester webbing which contains the chemical deltamethrin. This material laminated between two polyethylene sheets.
Once your Kordon termite system has been installed we will register your installation with Kordon.
Kordon has a life expectancy of 50 years.
There are two warranties for Kordon Termite System.
1. Limited Kordon Product Warranty
2. Bayer Protection Warranty
Limited Kordon Product warranty
When Kordon has been installed and registered with Kordon. You will receive a certificate of treatment from Kordon which outlines this warranty.
Kordon limited warranty is a product warranty. It is for $250,000.00. Kordon Limited warranty is subject to the Kordon failing. Please click here for a brochure on the Kordon Product warranty.

Bayer Protection Warranty
The Kordon Bayer protection warranty is an additional warranty that Kordon home owners can take out. This warranty is only for full installation systems only. Partial systems that are registered will have the Kordon limited Product Warranty.
The Kordon Bayer protection warranty is a $1,000,000.00 cover.
Unlike other warranties with pre con, this additional cover far outweighs other warranties as it is not just a product warranty.
This product is designed to cover repairs to our structure in the event of termites entering.
